Two pulled teeth!

Little Paul has lost his first TWO teeth! Yesterday I told him that he NEEDED to get the bottom teeth out (they were loose, and another one was growing behind one of them). Well he was such a brave little boy, he actually let me hold his head down on my lap and tie a thread (blue one that he picked out), and literally YANK them out, one by one! The first one flipped out and went down my shirt, we laughed and then went on to the next one, I tugged and tugged and FINALLY ripped it out. We SCREAMED, hugged and laughed! We jumped up and down and danced, and ran to look in the bathroom mirror! The gum bled a little bit, but he was okay with it. That night we put the teeth under his pillow, and in the morning there was FIVE dollar bill there for him;)

Tonight at church he was so excited to share about how I pulled out his teeth (during praise reports). He was so funny because he said "I got a dollar bill with a five on it"! TOO CUTE! So Pastor Gabe gave him a dollar, then followed by another dollar from our church friend "Doc". Later it was time for offering and he got excited and told me that he wanted to give some of his OWN money! Another church Friend Re'Re' was happy to see him do this, so she gave him ANOTHER dollar! Yay for Little Paul!!!!!

I have to confess that I did shed a little tear:( MY Little Paul is getting TOO big, WAHHHH:(

Normal..........

How can anyone not WANT to nurse there baby? Its one thing (which I had to go through) when your child can not nurse for medical reasons but to NOT choose to?? I mean come on this is whats NORMAL for our babies, we should NOT choose to NOT do it?
What else frustrates me? VACCINES! I'm NOT DOING IT!! End of story! WHY, because its just NOT NORMAL!
Here's something I read tonight;

The longer you breastfeed, the more your child will benefit. Breastfeeding prevents infections and the complications of childhood illness. Breastfed babies are immunized; children who are injected with viruses and bacteria are vaccinated. An endorsed campaign by the government to increase Americans' breastfeeding rate would prevent more childhood diseases -and deaths- than all of the vaccination programs currently endorsed.

My weekend!

Yeah for another weekend!! This one was EXTRA special because it was MOTHER'S Day weekend (not just Sunday)...
I got a afternoon to MYSELF, ALL to myself on Saturday; I went and got a hair treatment, deep condition, wash and blow dry, and flat iron! It was SO nice to just be an adult and not have the kids just for a few hours to RELAX.....
On Sunday morning I was presented my gifts by Lil.Paul, he made me a sun catcher that he painted all by himself (dad attached the ribbons though) and a really cute card from both Paul and the kids (they made them the day I was gone). It was really cute, Lil.Paul was very excited! B.Paul tried his hardest to MAKE my DAY'S (weekend) very special too (doing the dishes, and most of my jobs). I chose my gifts from b.Paul myself; Last week I bought a really nice new baby carrier that I have been wanting, and then my closet took a crash so I needed a new rack!
Sunday we went to church and after went to Morro bay where we had lunch/breakfast at Dorns. We had really yummy food, and it was really relaxing too. We then went over to my moms house where we opened our gifts. Olivia and I got my mom some gold earrings, her boys got her LOTS of flowers, Lil.Paul made her a sun catcher, Peachy and fam. got her some really cute shirts, and a picture (retouched) of my mom and our her mom (Grandma Lupe), my bro. and Kyler gave her some flowers also (she NOW has a garden section in her house;) Peachy got from me a oil warmer and tea light set, Olivia got her lots of relaxing items; neck roll, body soak and PJ's, mom got her a really sexy top;)
For Olivia, we also gave her a oil warmer/tea light set for RELAXING, mom got her a really CUTE top, Peachy got her clothes also and a picture (see below). I got a chopper and slippers from Olivia, a really gorgeous black sheer top from mom, and a lacy vintage top with khaki green shorts and the picture from Peachy!!! SO we had a really fun time opening presents, napping, visiting time with the fam....
I really liked this weekend, not that Paul and Lil.Paul don't treat me special all the time, but this was a really fun time to "MILK" it;) AND they did a really GOOD job at making me feel special! THANKS EVERYONE! Also THANKS for everyone who was praying for ME!

Another Saturday!

Saturday we went to the car show in Morro Bay... We met my brother John, nephew Kyler, sis. Peachy, Jordan, and bro. in law John for lunch @ Taco De Mexico for an early lunch. Then after we went and parked at my moms shop. We all walked down to the movie Theatre where my dad was parked with one of his ole' cars. We had a nice time just walkin' around and visiting with each other; we had ice-cream (for the kids @ Foster Freeze), strawberry desserts (shortcake, and brownie). We waited in line for about 40 minutes for a balloon creation (which was VERY amusing), little Paul got a "Narnia sword", Jordan got a "purple kitty" and Kyler got a "weenie dog".I have a lack of pictures due to (dad) Paul walking around with the camera takin' LOTS of shots of CARS:) SO I have very FEW of US:P Oh well!Later we went over to my moms and rested for a little bit, fed the baby, changed and then Paul the kids and I went to dinner with Paul's family for his dads birthday. We ate at Dockside seafood, I had Tempura shrimp with coleslaw, B.Paul and L.Paul had fish and chips. YUMMY!! After we went to the taffy place and got cotton candy and lolly pops. Fun fun!!
